65 litre 4" column/reflux still which is often reconfigured as a pot still, depending on what is on the menu that day.
It is used for the production of the 3 Grain vodka, The Well Vodka and all the Gins, and the White Cane spirit.
We are also producing Whiskey and Rum but is a few years away
Currently used on our Strawberry Vodka, vacuum distillation offers several advantages for distilling spirits.
